It's a really nice place to relax. The people and management are very nice, can't wait till next season.

Fantastic campgrounds... friendly and helpful staff.... Definitely a place to take your children, an grandchildren. Park has games set up for the kids all thru the day. Clean sandy beach w provided lawn chairs. Fishing, mini golf, boat rentals. Clean shower houses, store, gift shop, ice cream shop, an patio to enjoy. Very clean campgrounds. The only thing I was not in favor of is not being able to bring your own firewood in, an it is costly for the small pile you have to buy from them.

Needs updates n some repairs but I loved this place..the staff were alsome we met the owner he was wonderful..

The lake is the best part..the beach was clean..

Even us adults enjoyed the activities...good old fashion fun...we camped old school tent no elc...i would recommend this camp ground to anybody who truly loves family time to put your phones down....

I've stayed here many times in the primitive area when I was doing research in the area. The place suited my needs well: it has hot showers, was very affordable (compared to other local campgrounds), and was close to my study area.

Camped here from 6-26-17 until 7-4-17. I read all the reviews and must say my girlfriend and i had a pleasant experience. I did find some items to be more expensive than other campgrounds but not a deal breaker. The owner was very friendly to us and helped us locate to a new site after the one we were assigned was on an incline and our camper sat to low. I personally seen the owner assisting other campers with their rigs as well. One thing i did notice after walking the whole campground twice was everyone i came in contact with said hello. There are alot of seasonal campers here like what was stated by other postings but i never seen one run down or poorly maintained camper. I do agree that a small section of the lake does require some attention due to swampyness but we both kayaked the whole lake without any issues and would do so again. Every campground has its issues and there will always be those campers who feels the world revolves around them so if your looking for a nice campround to take your family to i would recommend staying here.

Go swimming fishing putt putt they even got a small game room.. lots to do ...good weekend fun
